Our clinic has two directors: Dr. Eugenio J. Brenes, director of the restorative area. He studied at Loma Linda University, in Los Angeles California, where he did a 4 year residency in oral restorations and dental aesthetics. He certified both in The United States of America and Costa Rica as a specialist aesthetics. Dr. Brenes is in charge of porcelain crowns, porcelain veneers, implant-supported implants, dental bridges, porcelain in-lays and on-lays, hybrid implant prostheses and fixed and removable dentures.
Dr. Luciano Retana coursed his post-graduate studies at New York University and in the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina focusing in advance treatments such dental implant surgery, bone grafts, elevation of the maxillary sinus, atraumatic surgery and dental extractions.
Dr. Retana is currently the surgical director of our practice.

In our clinic the education and academic preparation are important, but also external certifications, sterilization and safety protocols. Therefore, we are certified and approved by AAAAFSI, which means our office possesses the same sterilization standards, emergency handling protocols, staff training and facility design that a dental clinic must comply in the United States of America. Thus we can guarantee you will be receiving the highest level of personal safety and that all our instruments, facilities and services are subject to protocols to assure they are sterile and won’t cause any harm to your health.

Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Costa Rica is the national board of dentistry, In order to practice dentistry in Costa Rica you have to be a member of this organization
Promed
The Council for the International Promotion of Costa Rica Medicine PROMED is the private not-for-profit organization that coordinates the efforts carried out to ensure the quality of services provided by the private health industry in Costa Rica. To fulfill this goal, PROMED develops regulatory standards and promotes the certification of service providers, with the support of international bodies and the training of local certifiers.
Hospital CIMA
CIMA Hospital is designed to meet exacting requirements for patient care and surgical procedures, and offers the best facilities, infrastructure, technology, and internationally trained personnel in Central America, all fully compatible with North American standards. It has a JCI approval.
ACP
The American College of Prosthodontists is the professional association of dentists with advanced specialty training who create optimal oral health, both in function and appearance including dental implants, dentures, veneers, crowns and teeth whitening. Only specialist with U.S. training are accepted in this organization.

Root canal treatments, endodontic procedures
